Firm Capt. S. Tabascio & Parteners is an indipendent marine and cargo surveying company located in Ravenna, Italy’s main industry port (Adriatic sea).

Capt. S. Tabascio founded the company on 1997 after spending his life in world trades (Ship’s Mate, MTO for LO-LO and RO-RO vessel, ship’s agent, shipbroker, abroad as inspector for frozen cargo/reefer container Africa, Dakar Senegal and Cochin India).
